Privacy Policy

At TablTrak we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect while helping small restaurants, bars, food trucks, and farmers markets reduce waste and save money.
1. Information we collect
- Business info you provide during onboarding (name, logo, type of venue)
- Operational data you enter (sales, waste quantities, ingredients, shifts, employees)
- Technical data such as device type, browser language, and anonymous usage to keep the app reliable
2. How we use it
We use your data only to run TablTrak: calculate savings, suggest expiration and prep insights, show your recap tables, and improve the product. We don't use it for unrelated advertising.
3. We do not sell your data
Your information is not sold to data brokers or marketers. We may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to improve features (including AI-assisted suggestions), never in a way that singles out your venue or staff.
4. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase) using industry-standard safeguards. The PWA is designed to work offline where it makes sense and to avoid collecting more than the product needs.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. If you'd like to export what we hold or close your workspace, contact us and we'll help promptly.
6. Children
TablTrak is built for business operators and their teams. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of TablTrak after changes means you accept the updated policy.
