• We respect you. Your business data is yours. We built TablTrak to help you run smarter shifts, not to surprise you with fine print.
• You respect us. Don't misuse the service (no hacking, scraping, or trying to break things for others). Use it honestly for your venue and team.
• The app may change. We'll improve features, fix bugs, and sometimes adjust how things work. We'll do our best to keep TablTrak stable and useful.

Accounts & trials

• You're responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for activity under your account.
• Free trials and subscriptions follow the plan shown at signup. Cancel anytime from your account or billing flow, no hard feelings.

Data & privacy

• We do not sell your data. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
• You agree we may use anonymized, aggregated insights to improve the product and AI-assisted features.

Disclaimer

TablTrak is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app. You're still responsible for your own business, food safety, and compliance with local rules.
